Management Bios

Sandra Perkowitz, President -- Ms. Perkowitz has been in the computer systems business since 1965; in the software development since 1970. She has designed, developed, documented, sold and installed computer systems for a variety of corporations and financial institutions. Primary areas of expertise are mutual fund record keeping, investment accounting and employee benefits plan administration. Prior to co-founding Phoenix Systems in 1981, Ms. Perkowitz was president of Computech Financial Services Inc., a subsidiary of the First Pennsylvania Bank. She was chosen for this position in 1978 due to her extensive technical skills and communications and managerial skills, as well as overall business acumen. Ms. Perkowitz is a recognized expert in applicable law, the regulatory environment, and GAAP as applied to the world of investments in general -- mutual funds and employee benefits in particular. She is well known in the mutual fund industry and, on several occasions, spoken at industry seminars and conferences and has published several articles in industry trade publications. Ms. Perkowitz is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has a MA degree from New York University.

Judy Koch, Vice President & Secretary -- Ms. Koch has been in the computer systems business since 1968, much of that in the financial services industry. She has designed, developed, documented, sold and installed computer systems for a variety of corporations and financial institutions; including State Street Bank. Prior to founding Phoenix Systems, Ms. Koch worked in financial services and developed systems for market research and market analysis for The Coca-Cola Company. Ms. Koch is the primary architect of the FUNDS (tm) Shareholder Recordkeeping Package -- Phoenix Systems' most successful product. She is knowledgeable about the back office workings of banks, brokers and mutual funds, in the United States and the international arena as well. A particular skill of Ms. Koch's is the ability to integrate and improve the interaction of these entities with one another. Ms. Koch is a graduate of the State University of New York.

Alex Monica, Vice President, Sales and Marketing -- Mr. Monica has been with Phoenix Systems since 1998 starting as an inside sales rep and ascending the ranks of the sales and marketing group to eventually lead it in 2003. Since his appointment as Vice President of Sales and Marketing he has been responsible for revamping the sales and marketing strategies of the company resulting in the acquisition of numerous key clients and producing significant increases in annual revenue from year to year. He has significant knowledge about the mutual fund industry along with extensive business and technical knowledge surrounding transfer agent, portfolio/fund accounting and NSCC trading systems.

Mr. Monica has a degree in Business Management, with an emphasis on entrepreneurship, from Georgia Southern University.

Joanne Koch, Senior Project Manager -- has been working in the software industry since 1996. She started her career at Phoenix and worked as a programmer for 5 years. She then moved to Washington DC for 4 years where she worked as a software project manager for Northrop Grumman. Since returning to Phoenix in 2005 she has been primarily in charge of implementing complex client projects involving the definition of business requirements and the integration of those requirements into already existing/evolving systems.

Ms. Koch has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Georgia State with a concentration in finance.
